Position Overview

Potential clients reach out to CCMF in a number of ways including the website, email, or voicemail. The Intake Coordinators contact those potential clients and connect them to programs. The Intake Administrator (IA) is a key member of the CCMF national intake team. The IA is responsible for getting client information ready in the client management database so that the Intake Coordinators can effectively and efficiently support potential clients. This is done through the transcription of emails and voicemails into the client management software. 

We are seeking a self-driven individual who is happy to take on the administrative tasks that support the national intake team. We are seeking an individual who can dedicate up to 10 hours per week, spread throughout the week. 

Responsibilities

  • Listen to voicemails and record relevant information into the client management software. 
  • Copy and paste emails into the client management software system. 
  • Treat individuals’ information with care and confidentiality. 
  • Keep the intake queue up to date in a timely manner. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education in Business Administration or Human Services is considered an asset. 
  • Lived experience with and healing from men’s issues including but not limited to experiencing relationship breakdown, physical or psychological abuse, parental alienation, legal or administrative abuse, or mental health challenges is considered an asset. 
  • Technical proficiency with excellent computer skills including Google suite, client management software, and video conferencing platforms is required. 
  • Ability to communicate in an effective, polished, and timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people.
